Seasonal rental (for stays of 6 to 11 months): price of 1400 euros/month plus expenses.

Seasonal rental (for stays of 3 to 5 months): price of 1500 euros/month plus expenses.

Rent plus expenses for water, electricity and gas (payment without changing supplies), between the months of May and October there is an additional cost of 60 euros/month for pool maintenance. Wifi included in the price.
